Applying

- Provide all requested identification and supporting information.
- QPRE will review the application and advise the next step.
During your tenancy
- Routine inspections are arranged with proper notice.
- Maintenance requests should be lodged through the Console portal.
- Communication is handled respectfully and directly.
Ending or renewing
- Guidance is provided on notice periods and required forms.
- Exit condition expectations are explained in advance.
- Renewal terms are communicated clearly where applicable.
