## A boutique agency, built around one person

I'm Belinda Donaldson, Principal and Licensee of QPRE Estate Agents. QPRE stands for Queensland Property Real Estate. I've worked in real estate since February 1994, and started QPRE in 2011 as a boutique, principal-led agency based in Holmview, Queensland.

There's no team of rotating staff here. When you work with QPRE, you work with me, directly, from your first phone call through to settlement or your next lease renewal. I service Logan, Brisbane, Redlands and the northern Gold Coast.

## A boutique agency, by design

"Boutique" here is not a buzzword. It means a deliberate, smaller portfolio so I can actually manage, not just supervise. It also means discipline around marketing spend, tenancy checks and compliance, the unglamorous parts that protect yield.
