As an owner, you deal with me directly, not a rotating property manager. I believe in honest, evidence-led advice, transparent communication, and protecting your investment for the long term.

I've worked in real estate since 1994, and QPRE has been my own boutique agency since 2011. When something needs your attention, I'll tell you, even when it's not what you want to hear.

Most owners don't leave their property manager over one big thing, it's usually a build-up of small frustrations. If any of these sound familiar, it might be time for a change:

- **You can never get hold of them.** With QPRE, you call and you get me, not a call centre or a voicemail that takes days to return.
- **You've had a different property manager every year.** QPRE is deliberately small. I'm the same person managing your property today as I was last year, and will be next year.
