I manage rental properties personally across Logan, Brisbane, Redlands and the northern Gold Coast, handling everything from tenant screening and inspections to maintenance coordination and rent reviews. Because QPRE is deliberately small, you're never passed between different property managers, it's the same person on the phone every time.

Careful tenant selection matters to me. I'd rather take the time to find the right tenant than rush to fill a vacancy. If you're an owner considering a change of agency, I'm happy to talk it through honestly, including what your property could rent for.
