A local property manager for Shailer Park owners
Shailer Park is a popular, established part of Logan, and a well presented rental here can attract good, long term tenants. Getting the rent right, choosing the right tenant and staying on top of the little things is what protects your investment.
What you get with QPRE
- You deal with me directly. No rotating property managers, no call centre.
- Honest advice on rent. Based on what is actually leasing nearby, not guesswork.
- Regular inspections and rent reviews. So nothing falls through the cracks.
- Easy to switch. Unhappy with your current agent? I handle the handover for you.
I have worked in real estate since 1994 and have run QPRE, based in Holmview, since 2011, looking after owners right across Logan.
