QPRE stands for Queensland Property Real Estate. I'm Belinda Donaldson, and when you work with QPRE, you work with me, not a rotating cast of property managers or a call centre. I've worked in real estate since 1994, and I started QPRE in 2011 because I wanted to do things differently: smaller, more personal, and genuinely accountable.
Being boutique isn't a marketing word here, it's how the business is built. There's no hand-off between departments and no juggling your file between different people. You call, and you get me. I get to know my owners, tenants and clients properly, and I give honest, evidence-led advice rather than telling you what you want to hear.
I'm based in Holmview and personally manage properties across Logan, Brisbane, Redlands and the northern Gold Coast.
